CPX Technologies Inc. ("CPX", "we", "us") operates www.cpxtech.ai and provides dedicated NVIDIA compute capacity from colocation facilities across Canada and the United States. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and what we do with it. CPX is a Delaware corporation with its office in Santa Clara, California, and operates in both Canada and the United States. We handle personal information in accordance with the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act and, for enquiries from Canada, with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and British Columbia's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA).

What we collect

This site has no forms, no accounts and no sign-up. We collect personal information only when you email us:

• Your name, job title and company name, as you give them
• Your email address, and any phone number you choose to include
• What you tell us about your workload, scale, timeline and data residency requirements
• Anything else you write to us

We do not use advertising trackers, third-party analytics or profiling on this site, and we set no cookies of our own. Our hosting provider records standard server logs, including IP address and browser type, for security and reliability.

Why we collect it

We use what you send us to answer your enquiry, to work out whether our capacity is a genuine fit for your workload, and to prepare a proposal if you ask for one. If we later want to contact you about anything else, we will ask first, and you can tell us to stop at any time.

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal information and we do not share it with advertisers. We share it only where necessary to run the business:

• Colleagues within CPX and the wider Freyr group who are directly involved in responding to you
• Service providers who host this site and carry our email, acting on our instructions
• Where the law requires it

Some of those providers operate outside your own country, which means your enquiry data may be stored or processed outside it and may be reachable by authorities under the laws of those jurisdictions. This applies to enquiry data sent through or about this website. It does not apply to customer workloads running on CPX hardware, which stay in the facility you contracted.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry records for as long as we need them to respond and to maintain a record of our business relationship, and no longer than three years after our last contact with you, unless you become a customer or the law requires otherwise.

How we protect it

Access to enquiry data is limited to the people who need it, and this site is served over HTTPS. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable steps appropriate to the sensitivity of the information.

Your rights

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, ask for a copy of it, and tell us to stop contacting you. We will not treat you differently for asking. Email [email protected] and we will respond within 45 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, California residents may contact the California Privacy Protection Agency or the California Attorney General's office, and Canadian residents may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner for British Columbia.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes affecting how we use information you have already given us will be communicated directly.
